Product Description

LPG transferring vane pump is specially developed for the transportation of liquefied gas and various petroleum related products.

The YQB series LPG pump can transport liquefied petroleum gas, propylene, liquid ammonia, as well as various volatile liquids and petroleum products with similar properties. It belongs to positive displacement vane pump with sophisticated internal structure. The stator adopts composite curve surface, double-end mechanical seal matched with O-ring sealing structure. Internal rotating metal parts cooperate with non-metallic accessories, ensuring long-term safe, stable and reliable continuous operation.

Product Details

Working Principle

This liquefied medium pump is a positive displacement vane pump, also applicable for liquid ammonia transportation. It relies on centrifugal sliding of vanes to realize medium delivery, and the flow rate is proportional to the rotating speed of the main shaft. The domestic original composite curve stator forms multiple sealed working chambers with rotor, baffle plates and vanes.

When the rotor rotates, the volume of the suction chamber expands to form negative pressure for liquid suction. With continuous rotation, the chamber volume decreases to complete pressurized liquid discharge. The vanes are tightly attached to the stator inner wall by centrifugal force and double baffle positioning, ensuring stable rated operation of the pump unit.
