What’s Charcoal Briquette Machine?

Rod making machine is the main equipment to make rod like solid fuel by using wood, rice husk, peanut shell, plant straw and other carbon-containing wood materials (without any additives) under high pressure and high temperature. How Our Sawdust Briquette Machine Works

The equipment delivers straightforward, high-efficiency briquette production via full automation, requiring little on-site supervision. The operational procedure is outlined as follows:
Material Feeding:
Treated raw materials are introduced to the equipment hopper, and a screw conveyor transfers the material to the pre-charging compartment.
Thermal Treatment and Compression:
Raw materials enter the primary pressing chamber equipped with heating coils. Operating temperatures ranging from 280°C to 380°C soften the native lignin contained within biomass feedstock. A high-torque screw auger applies extreme compressive force to consolidate the material.
Product Forming:
Heated and compressed biomass is extruded through a custom engineered forming die, yielding rigid, high-density briquettes with a central borehole to facilitate consistent combustion performance.
Cooling and Length Trimming:
Extruded briquette products undergo cooling post-discharge. They can be cut to specified lengths, making them suitable for packaging, commercial distribution, or secondary carbonization processing.
